At Kriya Gauri, we take great care in the quality and content of every digital manual we offer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products — No Refund After Download

Because all of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, we are generally unable to offer refunds once your download link has been accessed. This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure — If you are unable to access or download your file due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a full refund.
• Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Significantly not as described — If the product you received is materially different from its description on our store, please contact us and we will review your case.

How to Request Support

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

• You have changed your mind after accessing the download.
• You did not read the product description before purchasing.
• The content did not produce a specific personal outcome or experience (please see our Spiritual Disclaimer).
