Digital Products

Because digital content can be accessed and retained once supplied, refunds are generally not available after the purchased manual has been accessed, except where required by applicable law or where one of the exceptions below applies.

Exceptions We Will Review

• Technical failure: you cannot access the purchased file because of an error on our side and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
• Materially not as described: the digital product supplied is materially different from the product description presented at the time of purchase.
• Other rights required by law: nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

How to Request Support

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, the email address used for the order and a concise description of the issue. We will review the circumstances and respond with the appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind and Personal Outcomes

We generally cannot refund an accessed digital product solely because you changed your mind or because a spiritual practice did not produce a particular personal experience or outcome. Kriya Gauri does not guarantee specific results; please see our Spiritual Disclaimer.
